[PATCH 2/2] quartz: Add a test case where BaseControlWindowImpl_get_Visible returns the result when visible is empty

Not sure where PATCH 1/2 is, unless you meant
"[PATCH v2] quartz: Fix crash when pVisible is NULL."

If that is so, since both patches are fairly short and directly
related, you could reasonably combine them into a single patch.

Also, assuming that the other patch fixes the test case here,
you would be able to get rid of the todo_wine.
