Watcthtower Library 2003 on Mandrake 10.1

I added these lines to the end of the wine config file
to get the Watchtower Library 2003 to load using
Winetools and it does open when clicking on icon on
desktop (Mandrake 10.1) after reading discussions on
wiki :^> Zinger
