Dead in the water because of bug 11080

Today's git (or perhaps Friday's?) seems to cause
every oldish microsoft runtime installer to fail; see
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11080

This makes it kind of hard for me to verify my
old bugs.

It's fixed in current git.
