Are you sure that you want to remove the SMTO_ABORTIFHUNG flag?  Does a
hung process really prevent all DDE connections?

My bad, it was not my intention. I will send another patch. I was only 
trying to allow the application to spend more time while processing 
WM_DDE_INITIATE message.
