Hi,

I applied these tests to my local box (no other patches) and the test fails for 
me. Or to but it more correct some (all?) of the todo_wine's succeeded.

I then removed the todo_wine's from your tests and I don't have failures anymore.

The fact that the tests fails for me (and probably for others as well) could 
mean the patch won't be committed (unless it succeeds on AJ's machine of course).
