Hi, if you've done a reasonable job searching for a dup and haven't found
one, go ahead and file a new bug.  Bugs can be closed or linked where
appropriate.

I think these may very well be related, but (IMO) they should be different
bugs.  A bug should describe the problem, not the fix.  If a patch for one
fixes the other, great!
