ESYNC patches_

Hi,

I have a request for adding ESYNC patches to SUSE wine packages.

This seems to be "hot stuff" for some gamers after some googling.

Could this perhaps be merged to staging, so I do not need another new flavor?

Yes, in fact this was planned already, it's just a somewhat 
time-consuming task as the whole patch set will need to be rebased on 
top of Staging.
