If you got no reply or indication on a patch within a week, 
you can consider it lost ;)

To do then:
- Ask yourself if the patch is good (tm)

- Ask by e-mail or in IRC (#winehackers) on what could be improved with it.

Please seperate multiple changes into multiple small patches.
