It doesn't build here, that's because of the '&' in the rpmseek.com
URL, I'm not sure what's the correct way to escape that:

documentation/faq.sgml:1386:93:E: general entity "cx" not defined and no default entity
documentation/faq.sgml:1781:26:E: an attribute value must be a literal unless it contains only name characters
documentation/faq.sgml:1781:61:E: end tag for element "A" which is not open
documentation/faq.sgml:1786:14:E: end tag for "ULINK" omitted, but its declaration does not permit this
