Sorry, please disregard this patch.  It causes problems with programs that 
specify a menu in the window class definition, because CreateWindow calls 
SetMenu.

I believe the IsWindowVisible condition in SetMenu should be replaced with a 
"Is this window fully created yet", but I don't know a safe way to do that.
