Current CVS doesn't compile

dlls/Makefile.in refers to msvcrt20, but the directory doesn't exist.
Guess someone forgot a "cvs add".

Msvcrt20 does exist and is not even empty. Either you did your update
at the wrong instant, you need the '-A' option, or something went wrong
during the update.

Alternatively, someone forgot "cvs update -PAd"
