Fair enough for strings in the English, US resources, as long as the 
strings in the English, Neutral resources are still spelt correctly.

We do not seem to have English Neutral resources for regedit. En.rc only
contains SUBLANG_ENGLISH_US. So that should be fine.

This was just a matter of consistency. All our variables throughout the
Wine code base use *FAVORITE*.
