Hi,

on my win2k3 box I can see the timezones in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones

but not in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

or anywhere else for that matter.
