final fix collate icon behavior in printdlg

Hi,

    Sorry for the backtracking, but this patch conforms to the printer
dialog in Windows, unlike the last patch i sent.

The behavior is:

Initially, Number of copies is 1 and collate is unchecked and shaded
(icon is no_collate).
If number of copies changes to > 1, collate becomes unshaded
if collate is checked, icon changes to collate.
if number of copies > 1 and you drop it to one, collate is shaded and
does not check or uncheck so the icon stays the same as well.
