Mostly for fun I compiled another winetests.exe from Wine CVS
2004-03-28.

I am unpatiently waiting for the Windows Testing Service, but wanted to
see how the tests have developed since January. :-)

Try it out in Windows, not quite so many tests are failing.
(Some tests are not included at all though.)
