This commit replaces the SampleGrabberSink with a dedicated Video Sink, referred to as the Simple Video Renderer (SVR). The tests indicate that for dmo_wrapper_sink_Receive: (1) If ProcessOutput succeeds, including S_FALSE, it continue processing. (2) If ProcessOutput fails, it returns S_OK.
