[PATCH 0/1] MR8039: windows.media.speech/tests: Make refcount tests results deterministic.

GetResults on IInspectable async operation is supposed to clear the async reference too but we don't do that yet. Releasing the async first makes the refcount non-deterministic as the task may hold onto the results for a bit longer, this reverts this part from the commit below and flags the refcount test as todo_wine. This fixed the ntoskrnl.exe test failures but somehow causes timeouts in services.exe tests. I'm not able to reproduce this locally but it reproduces on Gitlab and other Linux nightly runs (https://test.winehq.org/data/patterns.html#services.exe:service) and can be reproduced in an MR if "services.exe" is added to the test-linux-64 test list. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/8027#note_103289
