uhmm, i think i am not getting it. if we add this to `libntdll.a`, won't that conflict with msvcrt if it also provides this symbol? i had to add these to winecrt0 because i don't know which version of msvcrt libwinecrt0 will be linked with. i don't know how to selectively use the version from msvcrt only if it's available. :thinking: or should i use a weak symbol or something?
