v8:
- Use `ChangeDisplaySettingsExA(NULL, NULL, NULL, 0, NULL)` to restore the mode before tests.
- Skip the tests if the mode restoration failed (in an attempt to fix TestBot failures).
- Check that `restorer_window` is not NULL.
