Okay, I am reporting that as an `hlsl_note()` though, since the error will be emitted by the `if (var->is_missing_semantics)` check at the level of `hlsl_emit_bytecode()`.
My idea was that you'd report the error in prepend_input_var_copy() or whatever, and then you don't need the is_missing_semantics error. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/vkd3d/-/merge_requests/148#note_29494
