However, since the underlying properties can be updated, we would still need an `IMap`-like collection of (HSTRING, IInspectable) pairs to store properties and implement `Update`. Instead of duplicating an `IMapView` implementation for Windows.Devices.Enumeration, I feel this is a better approach IMO.
