wined3d expects some of those to be exposed. Hmm, I'm not completely sure we want to keep that here, exposing APPLE extensions to Windows applications doesn't seem right. We should probably implement the extension replacement that wined3d does in win32u/winemac already, and perhaps we can get rid of the vendor detection as well by moving the quirks there too.
