For context, this change is necessary because [SDL2](https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/blob/release-2.32.10/src/joystick/SDL_game...) and [SDL3](https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/blob/release-3.2.22/src/joystick/SDL_gamepad.c#L868)'s WGI backend expect these exact values.
