This fixes Trials Fusion often crashing when disconnecting a controller while there are more still connected.

      ntdll/tests: Add more NtCancelIoFile[Ex]() tests.
      ntdll: Wait for all asyncs to handle cancel in NtCancelIoFile[Ex]().
