[PATCH 0/5] MR9199: Cmd engine rewrite (part XXXIX)

This cmd engine rewrite part XXXIX.

It mainly finishes the pipe support by implementing the 
rewrite of complex commands.
It also fixes a bunch of todo:s in the tests (linked to
some extraneous space handling for explicit blocks).
