Doesn't this affect 64-bit as well? Or am I misreading?
The 64-bit ntdll and kernel32 are loaded somewhere else, so it won't make any difference for them. It also shouldn't make any difference for non-PE 32-bit, since that address range is apparently unavailable already. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/2879#note_33570
