* Removed `IOCTL_WINEBTH_RADIO_START_DISCOVERY` and `IOCTL_WINEBTH_RADIO_STOP_DISCOVERY`.
* Added bluetoothapis methods `BluetoothEnableIncomingConnections` and `BluetoothEnableDiscovery`.
* Replace `dbus_connection_send_with_reply_and_block` with `bluez_dbus_send_and_wait_for_reply`, letting `bluez_dbus_loop` handling the incoming message queue.
