We probably want to indicate `VKD3D_SHADER_TARGET_DXIL_ASM` as default target.
No, I think VKD3D_SHADER_TARGET_SPIRV_BINARY is right. It's not going to work right now, but I think it's the correct default in the long term. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/vkd3d/-/merge_requests/44#note_12968
