I tried, and I did retouch it to reduce the most glaring errors. But I am not an artist.
You could take every SVG version of the icon that you can find - for example this [32x32](https://git.golem.linux.it/matteobin/tango-icon-theme/src/branch/master/32x3...) version, and delete the red overlay from the shield. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/8367#note_111406
