In principle this would be a nice way to avoid the issue with indirect draws, but there are two issues with this: - This code can get called from outside the CS thread, so accessing the CS state isn't necessarily safe. - Direct3D 11.1's SwapDeviceContextState() can end up changing the current feature level, without resources like index buffers needing to be recreated. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/1307#note_13847
