I found that `gst_audio_info_from_caps error` also happens in pad_added_cb(). The caps from the pad given in pad_added_cb() is also missing rate property.
That's interesting. Is that PCM audio? What are the full caps? I assume it's triggered by the test.wmv in wmvcore? -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/2546#note_28736
