the default wine icon when ~/.wine doesn't exist is showing the default Wayland icon

`DISPLAY= ./wine winecfg` is showing the default Wayland icon

`DISPLAY= ./wine iexplore` is showing the default Wayland icon

`DISPLAY= ./wine notepad` is showing the correct notepad icon

`DISPLAY= ./wine explorer` is showing the correct explorer icon
