Do you recommend moving these back over as static functions to pa19.c?
That's what I would do.
I thought it had caused pa19.c to become a bit bloated, hence why I moved them.
Maybe, but 3000 lines isn't really that bad, at least not by Wine standards. Perhaps more saliently, if we want to split it up, I don't know that splitting out a mere 100 lines of code is really an improvement. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/3870#note_45925
