Yes, but I intended to always pass rhs blocks to this function. Anyways, I am more inclined now to believe that this function should only be for constant buffer default values and state blocks may require a separate one in fx.c. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/vkd3d/-/merge_requests/708#note_64774
