I imagine we don't want to link wined3d to d3dcompiler (which links to wined3d). We can just use vkd3d_shader_compile(), much like we do in compile_hlsl_cs()/vkd3d_uav_clear_state_init() in vkd3d itself. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/5351#note_65369
