WRT wglSwapBuffers, I recall now, the same problem is actually there in practice unless GL swap_interval is set to 0, maybe we should do glFinish there as well before blitting but that looks not fully related and so far I don't know that it is regressive. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/7094#note_91484
