It can be implemented in dbghelp, but I don't think we need to shoehorn it into existing APIs. That's OK if it's just a flag here and there, but if we need more it would be better to export some Wine-specific entry points in dbghelp for things that can't be expressed through the MS API. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/3975#note_47844
