Is there something wrong with doing that? The ntsync functions take a separate alert fd to implement the alerted flag, so I think there has to be a separate object. Do you have an idea how to do it differently? -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/9014#note_116715
