- Add commit to add `ClockStateSink` to the test media sink
- Add commit to fix memory leaks in test source
- Rebase on to master

I believe the commit which adds `ClockStateSink` to the test media sink fixes the pipeline error we saw under Windows 10, as it ensures `OnClockStart` is called prior to the `MEStreamSinkStarted` event being sent.
