IMC doesn't really holds that information, it's more a matter of HKL, but I'm not sure we do that properly yet. In any case I expect it should not make much difference to notify the host IME about activation / deactivation even if it's not supposed to be used, compared to current code where it's always enabled? -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/10007#note_128690
