No idea, the headers seem to be imported from MinGW and the macros may be there for some MSVC compatibility, but as we provide our own stddef.h they are probably not necessary? I've dropped them instead. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/6501#note_82378
