Resolves https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9127 . (Some of the named programs in that issue may require additional currently-missing functionality, I didn't check; but if so, that's separate issues.) Cool! I also tried to write MPEG Splitter patch. However, I'm too lazy to implement it.
From my point of view, this patch set is missing some minor features and their tests. But, the working code is much more important. I'll re-implement them after this patch is merged if needed.
