[PATCH v8 0/1] MR3391: mshtml: implement window.MutationObserver with MutationObserver stub
This get us pass the "Update your browser" blocker in adobe's sign-in page. The page itself doesn't make use of `window.MutationObserver`. MutationObserver has a target DOM `Node`, this is meant to store that. I don't know if this is the right type. If you don't need it now, you can always add it later when you do need it, and you'll also know its type since, well, you will make use of it. Right now it would just be dead code/dead member.

Sorry I missed this last time, but I think you should add some exposed props here (and test them), them being stubs of course. i.e. test `disconnect`, `observe`, `takeRecords` for example and see what it exposes. Not that it matters much but having an empty interface just strikes odd. `observe` would take a IHTMLDOMNode and an IDispatch for example (if it's even exposed on native). `takeRecords` would return an IDispatch (jscript arrays are objects). You can place the `ok` tests in the catch() block and add a `ok(false, "Expected exception without new on no arguments")` at the end of the try block for example, then you won't need the `e` variable either (just look at similar tests), neither the `null` check nor its initialization. Same for other tests below. Also you are **not** testing it what happens if you don't use "new" but with a proper argument (function)? I believe it should work, but testing will reveal it. BTW, you are still not testing what happens if you call it with more than one arg.
