Hello maintainers, looks the build failed, but I am not sure why, I added the reference of iphlpapi.h, why cannot get the define of GetAdapterAddresses?

> Because that function is, for some reason, gated on #ifdef \_WINSOCK2API_. You'll need to include <winsock2.h> first. That'll also solve several other issues, like AF_UNSPEC.

Also note that Wine's CI compiles every commit in the MR, not just the latest. You'll need to combine all relevant commits to one, then force push.
