[PATCH v13 0/4] MR8394: Fix Clip Studio Paint crash with Windows 10 compatibility mode
This fixes the crash when launching ClipStudioPaint.exe with Windows 10 compatiblity mode by adding the minimum required windows.ui and windows.storage definitions and stubs. @nsivov Thanks for the review, I have fixed your comments, and double checked every change against the 10.0.26100.0 SDK definitions, additionally adding commented out definitions where they were previosly missing (not implementing as they are not needed for the CSP fix). Unfortunately, after rebasing the pipeline broke, and I cannot figure out why `IRadialControllerConfigurationStatics` can no longer be seen in the `radialcontrollerconfiguration.c` :disappointed: -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/8394#note_128082
