Made some comments on the tests but fwiw I think we'll have some package manager tests in applicationmodel after https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/3643, and I think it'd be better to have them in a single place (it doesn't matter too much if they aren't in the right module, WinRT has too many anyway).
