Just tell them you're with 'Libre Wine'.

Note that we'll be starting at 9:00 in the Mozart room.

Also note that we'll likely head for dinner in the hotel restaurant at 
about 7:00; folks are in the bar area right now.

To anyone who was not down there at the bar, there has been a change of 
plans and we are going to the Chez Clement restaurant after all.
