Well Alexandre's talk is at 9am. I would say by 7:45. We left thus morning about   9:30 and got there just before 10:30. Unless I get overridden by jer.

According to stib.be, a 92 tram leaving at 7:58 gets us into ULB at 
8:29, which should work.  That implies departure at 7:50-7:55 am.
