I don't observe any problems when you choose the target ( FPS slowdown when player chooses a target in V.A.T.S. ) 2. This issue is observed with GPU GeForce 7XXX or older. 3. When I tested this issue with wine-1.2-rc7 colours were corrupted. But in this movie colours is not corrupted.
