Thanks, the attached patch does indeed fix it:

1. Initializing crypto provider...
2. Requesting new Certificate Chain Engine via new_with_extra_roots...
3. Success! If you see this, Wine successfully processed the hExclusiveRoot
store.

I'll submit it tomorrow.
